During our search for a second home in southern Spain we ended up with Axel Hellemont through a common friend and business relation who put us in contact. During our first conversations we were able to specify the type of property we were looking for and in what price range. In a second step during a visit to Marbella and surroundings Axel pleasantly surprised us with the coordination and visit of more than 30 options, exposing both professional and market knowledge and a lot of patience and understanding of the needs of the customer. We have found our dream property thanks to his advice and already enjoy the new premises. Besides the pleasant relationship and valuable assistance during every step of the buying process which lead to the closing of the deal at the Notary we were very surprised of the range of advice, tips and Axel’s services after the deal was reached.
