In 2001, I moved to Marbella. Previously, I worked as a Key Account Manager for the Belgian branch of a German multinational active in the tobacco industry. Over the next 11 years, I worked as a real estate appraiser for one of the most prominent agencies on the Spanish coast, conducting valuations for over 5000 properties in the areas of Marbella, Estepona, and Benahavis. During those 11 years, I visited nearly every urbanization and drove through almost every street in the municipalities of Marbella, Estepona, and Benahavis. I visited so many properties, ranging from traditional holiday apartments to palaces owned by royalties, rock, and movie stars, that I was able to advise a 50-person sales team on which properties and areas would be most suitable for their potential buyers. This years-long experience in accurately determining the value of real estate laid the foundation for me to establish myself as a local real estate expert in Marbella and the surrounding area under my own name.

In the meantime, I have been successfully practicing this activity for 12 years. I also surround myself with the right partners in financial and legal advice, as well as internet and IT experts.
