Nice plot of land situated in the Macro Community of Puerto Romano, just on the east side of Estepona town and 3 kilometres away from the Laguna Beach with Kai & Sublime restaurants, Aldi supermarket, BP petrol station and a Burger King. This area is not yet consolidated but in a ‘Junta de Cooperación’ with the town hall of Estepona. Once the town hall activates de ‘Junta de Cooperación’, every owner will have to participate in the general development cost of the area offering new road infrastructure, sewage and illumination, but as of then all plots will become buildable with a building volume of 28% for the construction of a single villa on 2 levels plus basement. Since 2002 and until the situation is solved by the town hall, no building licences for new villas are being granted. This plot is situated on Avenida de las Adelfas number 60, has a surface of 613 m2 and a natural gentle southwest facing slope with views to the Mediterranean Sea. There is currently no clear indication of when the situation will be changed by the town hall, although the Macro Community has been in negotiation with Estepona town in recent years to improve the situation and activate the ‘Junta de Cooperación’.
